She's based in Portland, Oregon and designs some fantastic retro styles (both one-pieces and bikinis). http://www.missmalaprop.com/2009/04/retro-swimwear-by-popina/ She doesn't have any prints quite as bold as that leopard (which is killer!), but there are lots of really great retro inspired basic styles, and if you're in Portland she even does custom fitted suits at her boutique.
